Join Our Riverview Family - Health Room Aide Position Available

ValenKinds Theme Days

Riverview Families,
We have some bittersweet news to share with you. Two of our longtime staff members, Marie and Tom Krause, have decided to retire and embark on the next chapter of their lives. While we celebrate this exciting milestone with them, it is difficult to say goodbye to two individuals who have been integral to Riverview for over 30 years. Their dedication to teaching, mentoring, and growing with our community has left a lasting impact, and we know they will be deeply missed. We also recognize that many of you have special memories with them, and we hope you’ll join us in wishing them well as they begin this new journey.
In addition, our long time, beloved health room aide, Mrs. Hadjuk, will be leaving us at the end of February. Her care, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the well-being of our students have been truly invaluable. While this decision was a difficult one for her, we understand and respect her need to focus on her family's needs, and we are incredibly grateful for the years she has spent ensuring our students’ health and safety.
Mr. and Mrs. Krause, along with Mrs. Hadjuk, have given so much of their time, talent, and love to Riverview, and while we will miss seeing them every day, we are profoundly thankful for their contributions.

Did you know that Silver Lake, like all Wisconsin school districts operates under state-set revenue limits? Because of that, large scale facility improvements cannot be funded out of the general operating budget without significant reductions to educational programs. Instead, the state allows districts to hold capital referendums as a way of funding such projects. Please cast an informed vote - learn more about the referendum on the District's website. https://www.silverlakejt1.k12.wi.us/page/referendum-2025
