Silver Lake, WI — Riverview Elementary School is proud to announce the appointment of Stacey R. Duchrow as its new principal. A dedicated educational leader with a passion for student success, community engagement, and transformational leadership, Duchrow brings more than 17 years of experience in education, instructional leadership, career-based learning, and workforce development to her new role. Duchrow is committed to fostering a school culture built on relationships, innovation, and high expectations for all learners.
Currently serving as the Career-Based Learning Coordinator for CESA 1 in Pewaukee, Duchrow leads the Youth Apprenticeship program for eight school districts, overseeing grant writing, program development, implementation, and strategic partnerships that connect students to meaningful career pathways. She also supported the Career Futures Hub to strengthen connections between industry and education and supported regional efforts to expand career-based learning opportunities for students across southeastern Wisconsin.
Previously, Duchrow served as Principal of the Kenosha School of Technology Enhanced Curriculum (KTEC) High School, where she led a nationally recognized independent charter school focused on innovation, student achievement, and workforce readiness. Her leadership experience also includes serving as Assistant Principal at KTEC 4K-8, instructional leadership roles at Union Grove Union High School, and classroom teaching positions in science and STEM education throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
As a proud Wilmot community member, Duchrow is especially excited to serve families in the Riverview Elementary community and continue strengthening connections between schools and the families they serve.
“I am incredibly honored to join Riverview Elementary School as principal,” said Duchrow. “As someone who lives in the Wilmot community and raises my family here, I deeply value the importance of strong schools and strong community connections. I look forward to partnering with students, staff, and families to create an environment where every child feels supported, challenged, and inspired to succeed.”
Duchrow and her husband are deeply rooted in the local community. Her husband works at R+D Automation in Trevor, and together they are raising two sons, her oldest attends Wilmot Union High School, while her youngest attends Trevor-Wilmot School. The Duchrow family is an active sports family with a special love for baseball, and in the fall, you will often find them cheering under the Friday night lights at Wilmot Union High School football games.
Riverview Elementary looks forward to this exciting new chapter under Duchrow’s leadership and welcomes her to the school community.
