WELCOME TO OUR NEW ADMIN TEAM MEMBERS

Hello Riverview Families!

I am absolutely thrilled to introduce myself as your new Principal! As a proud resident of the Wilmot area, serving the Riverview Elementary community is incredibly close to my heart.

My husband and I are deeply rooted here—our oldest son is at Wilmot Union High School, our youngest is at Trevor-Wilmot, and in the fall, you’ll usually find us cheering under the Friday night lights at Wilmot football games.

With 17 years of experience in education—ranging from teaching STEM to serving as a high school and K-8 principal—my absolute priority is building strong, meaningful relationships.  I truly believe that when schools and families partner together, our students thrive.

I am committed to creating a safe, innovative, and supportive environment where every single child feels inspired to succeed. I can't wait to meet you all and begin this exciting journey together!

Principal, Riverview

Welcome to Riverview: Heather Eickmeyer, Associate Principal.
I am incredibly excited to join the Riverview family as your new Associate Principal. It is a true privilege to step into this role, and I am looking forward to partnering with each of you to support our students, families, and community.

To give you a little background on my journey in education, I started out right where the magic happens: in the classroom. My years as a first grade teacher deeply shaped my approach to education, instilling in me a profound respect for the daily dedication it takes to inspire students. Most recently, I served as a middle school dean, where I focused on fostering a positive school culture, supporting student growth, and collaborating with teachers to navigate both challenges and triumphs. As an Associate Principal, my goal is to be a supportive, accessible resource for you so that you have everything you need to thrive.

On a personal note, my happiest chaos happens at home. I share my life with my wonderful husband and our three amazing kids (one of which will be joining us at Riverview). When I’m not at school, you can usually find me chauffeuring the kids to their various activities, spending quality time with family, or trying to find a quiet moment to read a book.

I can’t wait to meet you all individually, hear your stories, and learn about your visions for the upcoming school year. My door is always open, so please feel free to drop in and say hello!

Warmly,

Heather Eickmeyer
