Great Night Of Basketball for All 3 Teams!

The Riverview A-team played a great game last night to beat Trevor 45 to 41.  Comets played great team defense all night with Quintin G. and Sam R. leading the way.  Kyle G. hit 9 free throws in the 4th quarter to seal the victory adding to his game high 18 points.  Troy H. added 2 big threes in the 4th quarter.  It was a complete team effort, nice job boys.  Come cheer on the Comets as they battle Randall on Thursday for a classic arch rival match-up.  

The Comets win again with a tenacious defense and a balanced attack offensively. The total team effort led the Comets to their 5th straight win with a final score of 36-21 over the Trevor/Wilmot Timberwolves.  The Comets were led on offense by Cameron W. and Jaeden Z. who each netted 9 points apiece.  Also contributing on the offensive end were Kevin B. with 8, Zach L. with 6, and Brandon K. and Jarod E. each with 2 points.  The defensive charge was led by Mason M., Kevin K., and Josh V., who had key steals that led to several fast breaks.  The boards were controlled by Tyler P., Alex W., and Drew C., which helped limit the Timberwolves on the offensive end.
