In order to promote a healthy lifestyle, two Mondays each month will be “Get Movin’ Mondays”. In the classrooms we will be doing 20-30 minutes of physical activity and discussing what we brought for snack and why it’s healthy. In support of “Get Movin’ Mondays” administration has approved that the whole school may wear sweat pants on these days. Our first “Get Movin’ Monday” will be February 4th. So pull out the sweat pants and put on the tennis shoes because we will be movin’!
