Riverview 8th grade students recently made their second visit to the University of Wisconsin Whitewater library in order to conduct research on the topics they picked for their National History Day project.  This was a great learning experience for the students as they worked alongside college students doing the same kind of research they were doing.  A big thank you to the staff at the Whitewater library - especially Ellen and James -   who facilitated this visit by providing the students with suggestions of books, magazines, news articles, and archival materials that would help the students find the necessary primary and secondary sources they will use in creating their projects. As you can see from the pictures, the students were working hard and making maximum use of their time.
